COVID-19 UPDATE:

We are working hard to abide by the regulations and laws that are in place to ensure the safety of all our staff and to make sure our loyal customers have the best experience possible while remaining safe.

As a result, please expect the possibility of delays in online orders. This involves shipping, delivery and when ordering to our stores. 

Please also refrain from being disheartened if we have lower levels of stock than we usually do. Our main priority is to keep everyone that has an experience with Shumaker safe, so we are taking more time in restocking and packaging our products to ensure this happens.

Ordering and payment:

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay using the following debit and credit cards: American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard and Visa. You can also pay using PayPal, Google Pay, ApplePay and Shop Pay.

 

Sezzle

Sezzle is a payment option that allows you to “Shop Now and Pay Later” with simple interest-free instalments. Sezzle breaks down purchases into four smaller payments spread over six weeks. 25% is due at the time of the transaction, with the remaining 75% due across three easy payments scheduled every two weeks. Returns:

How do I return my online order?

You may return or exchange your online order within 14 days of delivery. A return or exchange must be processed either in-store or returned to our warehouse facility at your own cost. You can return or exchange your online purchase to any Shumaker store as long as it is within 14 days of delivery.

 

Can I return handbags and accessories?

No, all Handbags, accessories and non-footwear items, including shoe-care products, are all final sales. No returns are permitted on such items. This applies to purchases made online and in-store.

 

Jewellery:

Due to hygiene reasons earrings purchased in store or online are final sale meaning they cannot be refunded or returned. Other jewellery items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt provided the item is unused, with its original bar code intact, and with its original packing.

 

All items being returned must have the original receipt, the original box (for shoe purchases) and the item must be intact. Our staff can refuse a refund on items which are not returned in an appropriate condition.

Can I ship and collect an online order from a store?

Yes, you can choose to send your order to one of our 13 stores. Click here to look for a store near you. 

 

Where can I receive free shipping?

When shipping an online order to one of our stores, you will always benefit from free shipping. Most orders over $50 that are delivered into Canadian regions will also benefit from free shipping.

In regards to all types of delivery please expect a maximum of a 72 hour handling period before your items are shipped.
